Pikey was found 17 years ago in a dumpster downtown Portland by my daughters. She was too young to walk or eat on her own. She has not only been my best little friend, but so caring, loving, cuddling.
She had one little baby, but she also played the part of Mommy to two other little newborn kittens that were in dire need, She nursed them, along with her own, and taught them everything they needed to know. She spent her life only getting up to 5 lbs, so very, very tiny. We love her with our whole hearts and want so much to spend at least another 17 years with her.
